We are looking for passionate trainers who want to grow with a fast-moving fitness brand and make a real impact on members’ health and fitness journeys.

About the Role
We are hiring an energetic and passionate Fitness Trainer for our Hyderabad and Bangalore location.
The trainer will be responsible for conducting individual and group workout sessions, delivering engaging trial sessions for prospective members, creating personalised fitness plans, and helping members achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities




Conduct individual and group training sessions in Kickboxing, HIIT, Functional Training, Strength and Conditioning.
Deliver high-energy Free Trial Experience (FTE) sessions for prospective members
Work closely with the sales team to support trial-to-membership conversions
Design personalised workout plans based on members’ goals and fitness levels
Guide members on correct exercise form, technique, and safety
Track member progress and provide ongoing motivation and support
Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and referrals
Maintain high energy during peak training hours
Support a clean, organised, safe, and motivating studio environment
Participate in internal training and skill-development programs

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer, Gym Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Group Fitness Trainer
Freshers with robust fitness knowledge and the right attitude are also welcome
Knowledge of Kickbo
