Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Teleresearch Associate who will be responsible for
gathering, verifying, and updating business information within all calling
campaigns. Information verification and updates include: business name,
address, phone number(s), employee size, key personnel, e-mail address, website,
line of business, plus additional company demographics.

* Contact companies across the country via phone to verify and gather business
information by utilizing scripted guidelines.




* Enter updates or corrections to business information to ensure an accurate
database.
* Maintain 99 percent accuracy rate on updates and corrections to meet company
quality standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Graduate in any discipline.
* 2 to 5 years of work experience in voice. Preferably voice experience in
finance.
* Excellent communication skills and robust command of the English language.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.
* Excellent analytical ability with a logical approach towards problem solving.
