We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who will own and drive growth across key enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for end-to-end account ownership including revenue growth, client relationships, and account profitability. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders (CIO/CMO/CDO) to identify opportunities, drive digital transformation initiatives, and position Altudo’s capabilities across Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), CMS, and composable architectures.

What will you do:
- Own and grow strategic customer accounts with responsibility for revenue, account expansion, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO/CMO/CDO and business leaders).




- Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline within existing accounts to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Partner with solutioning and delivery teams to develop proposals, SOWs, and client presentations.
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and strategic conversations to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through successful delivery aligned to scope, timelines, and quality.
- Act as an escalation point and ensure effective resolution of client concerns.
- Track and manage account KPIs including revenue, utilization, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Contribute to thought leadership through client engagements, industry events, and market-facing initiatives.
