THE ROLE

As Program / Project Mana ger, you will be the single point of accountability for assigned aerospace programs — planning, executing and delivering to schedule, cost and quality while keeping OEM customers and internal teams aligned. You will translate customer demand into robust production plans, drive shop-floor and supply-chain execution, and manage risk across the program lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the planning,



execution and delivery of multiple aerospace programs, meeting key milestones and performance objectives.
- Build master production schedules (MPS) in ERP based on sales forecasts, plant capacity, inventory policy and lead times.Define program scope, objectives, deliverables and resource plans (manpower, equipment, raw material) to meet demand.
- Drive shop-floor control and monitor jobs to ensure on-time completion; maintain uninterrupted material flow along the productionline.
- Manage outsourced/subcontract vendor activities and ensure delivery to customer without delay.
- Coordinate Recent Product Development (NPD / NPI) introductions across engineering, quality and production.
- Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies through execution.
