Lead end-to-end enterprise sales of core insurance software and Insurtech solutions, owning the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure. Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers across insurance carriers, brokers, and digital insurance ecosystems within the target regions. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and new business targets. Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, senior executives, and key decision-makers within insurance organizations. Manage complex enterprise sales engagements, including lead qualification, solution presentations, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
