Role : Forecasting Analyst | WFM
Location: Pune OR Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work from Office
We are looking for a Forecasting Analyst with strong Workforce Management (WFM) and Contact Center forecasting experience.
? Key Responsibilities
Develop and adjust forecasts using Linear Regression, Trend, Triple Exponential Smoothing & Weighted Moving Average.
Monitor Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, exceptions & outliers.
Perform manual forecasting using Advanced Excel.
Analyze actual vs. forecast volumes and identify variances.
Manage volume assumptions, risks, opportunities and business impacts.
Partner with Operations, BI, HR, Strategy and Training teams.
Present forecasting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
? What We’re Looking For
3+ years of WFM Forecasting experience.
Solid Contact Center/BPO forecasting knowledge.
Hands-on experience with Excel-based forecasting.
Experience with WFM tools such as NICE, Verint, Aspect or Salesforce.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Graduate/Bachelor’s degree.
