Role Description The Business Operations Associate is a remote role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational efficiency of AICines.ai across teams and functions. This position helps streamline workflows, coordinates cross-functional projects,



and assists in building processes that support platform growth and creator success. Typical tasks include monitoring operational metrics, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and resource allocation, and helping optimize internal tools and systems. The associate will work closely with leadership to document procedures, identify process improvements, and assist with partner and stakeholder communications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving, clear communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced, AI-driven startup environment.
