Position Title: Email & Automations Campaign Specialist

Position Summary

The Email & Automations Campaign Specialist supports the establishment, growth, and long-term sustainability of UNSW Bengaluru by delivering high-quality marketing communication automations (email and push) to drives future student awareness, engagement, conversion and enrolments. The role plays a critical operational function in building scalable, data-informed email marketing, campaign management and marketing automation capability for a newly established international campus operating within UNSW’s global brand, governance, and digital standards.

Operating within the campus marketing and recruitment function, the role focuses on planning, delivering, and optimising email and other digital campaigns that support future student recruitment and digital experience objectives in the Indian market. The position balances strong local execution in Bengaluru with alignment to UNSW enterprise platforms, tools,



and performance frameworks.

Accountabilities

Digital Marketing communications

Own and deliver local email and digital communication campaigns that deliver on awareness, consideration, conversion and enrolment outcomes that contribute to future student recruitment and enrolment growth objectives.
Contribute to the establishment of scalable marketing automation practices suitable for a growing international campus.

Digital Content Development & Optimisation

Create, edit, and manage lead and applicant nurtures, email and digital engagement touchpoints. Orchestrating seamless journeys thar drive future students to action.
Collaborate with marketing, web, and digital teams to optimise marketing communications for improved user experience and funnel conversion.
Ensure all email content is accurate, audience-focused, culturally appropriate, and aligned with UNSW brand guidelines.
