Role Summary
GS Global Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and target-driven Tele Caller to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for students and aspirants looking for overseas education, study abroad programs, and test preparation.
Your primary focus will be managing outbound calls, driving lead conversion, and maintaining rigorous follow-ups with prospective students to guide them through our counselling pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
· Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads (students and parents) who have expressed interest in studying abroad.
· Lead Qualification & Follow-up: Execute robust, systematic follow-ups with pending and warm leads to understand their career goals, push consultation bookings, and move them down the funnel.




· Information Delivery: Clearly explain our services—including overseas admissions, test prep (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT), and financial planning—to prospective clients.
· Data Management: Accurately log call outcomes, student preferences, and follow-up schedules in the CRM/database daily.
· Collaboration: Coordinate closely with senior student counsellors and the admissions team to seamlessly hand over hot, qualified leads for face-to-face or virtual counselling sessions.
· Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, connected calls, and booked appointments/walk-ins.

Requirements & Candidate Profile
· Experience: Freshers with exceptional communication skills or candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support (preferably from education, ed-tech, or service sectors).
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication ski
