What You'll Do
? Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
? Design, build, and manage scalable data pipelines and contemporary data architectures to support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.
? Partner with business, analytics, and technology stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.
? Drive best practices across data engineering, DataOps, governance, security, and quality management.
? Oversee cloud-based data platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
? Lead the implementation of data warehousing, ETL/ELT,



and real-time data processing solutions.
What We're Looking For
✅ 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or related fields
✅ 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
✅ Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
✅ Experience with modern data platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, or BigQuery
✅ Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark, and ETL/ELT frameworks
✅ Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Airflow or Azure Data Factory
✅ Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and data quality principles
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
