About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SAP and Salesforce hiring, along with exposure to contractor/contract staffing recruitment.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing technical resources across various IT technologies while working closely with hiring managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Hands-on experience in SAP hiring, including profiles such as SAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, EWM, etc.
Experience in Salesforce hiring, including Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Consultants, Architects, and related profiles.




Handle contract/contractor hiring and understand the complete contractor recruitment lifecycle.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, location, and compensation.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and priorities.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Ensure candidates join within the agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Meet defined recruitment targets, TAT, and closure requirements.
