Role Description The Study Abroad Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in Faridabad.

In this position, the counsellor provides one-on-one guidance to learners and families on suitable programs, universities, and countries aligned with their academic background, interests, and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, explaining admission requirements and application timelines, assisting with profile evaluation, and advising on standardized tests, essays, and documentation.

The counsellor coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing,



follows up with learners to track progress, and maintains accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The role also involves staying current with global education trends, university updates, and visa processes, while contributing to webinars, workshops, and outreach activities to engage prospective learners.

Qualifications
Strong counselling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand learner goals and recommend appropriate study abroad options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to conduct effective in-person sessions and build trust with learners and families.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently.
