This Position reports to: Service Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in your assigned accounts. Each day, you will assist with customers’ technical requests and engage with colleagues to take care of any technical issues. Li-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service division at Nashik, India. Main stakeholders include sales teams, service teams, cross divisional stakeholders, channel partners, and key customers. You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting the customer in a proactive manner by anticipating the customer’s needs and leveraging familiarity with their assigned accounts. Ensuring that the plant fleet under service agreement receives evolution plans and life cycle reports supported by technology segment experts. Measuring, reporting, and presenting the value of the services delivered to key customer stakeholders ranging from Maintenance Managers to Plant Managers.
