Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will own B2B sales for VuduCom — identifying and acquiring brand clients (marketing/CMO teams at D2C and enterprise brands), pitching our creator-led marketing solutions, and closing deals that fuel the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Identify and reach out to potential brand clients (marketing teams, founders,



CMOs) to generate new business.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
• Pitch VuduCom's creator marketing, UGC, affiliate, and campaign solutions to brand stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, decks, and pricing plans tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and deal stages.
• Coordinate with campaign and creative teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients.
• Build long-term B2B relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify current business opportunities.
