As our SAP practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced SAP Engagement / Delivery Manager to lead strategic SAP engagements and ensure successful delivery, strong customer relationships, commercial performance, and continued account growth.
Role Overview
The SAP Engagement / Delivery Manager will own the end-to-end delivery and health of SAP engagements, acting as the primary bridge between the customer, delivery teams, leadership, and commercial stakeholders.
The role combines delivery leadership, program governance, client relationship management, financial ownership, people leadership, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement & Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation, transformation, migration, upgrade, AMS and managed services engagements.




Establish delivery governance, KPIs, milestones, quality gates, RAID management and escalation mechanisms.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and agreed quality/SLA standards.
Drive resolution of critical delivery issues, dependencies and risks.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the senior delivery contact for customer stakeholders and business/IT leadership.
Build trusted relationships and ensure solid customer satisfaction.
Lead steering committees, governance reviews, status meetings and executive communications.
Manage expectations, scope changes, escalations and difficult conversations effectively.

Commercial & Financial Management
Own engagement P&L;, revenue, margin, utilization, billing, forecast and resource economics.
Track contractual commitments, change requests, scope creep and commercial risks.
Partner with Sales and Account teams on renewals, extens
