Interacting with employees
Get together meet
Responsible to give training for clients
Collect the information about clients who undergo training
Deciding the training topics
Deciding the constraints ( time, accommodation, budgeting, etc..)
Responsible to Bridge the gap between internal client and external client
Offering employees the chance to socialize with colleagues at organized team, team building activities.
Operating an open door policy
Providing high quality training and development.

3 years in sales and 2 years in training department.Education
