Location: East Coast, United States — with 25–40% travel
Employment type: Full-time, exempt. Reports to EMD/CSO/CEO.
Base salary: $75,000 per annum
Variable at plan: $150,000 at 100% of quota — uncapped, with accelerators above plan
On-target earnings: $225,000
Year-1 quota: $1,000,000 of commissionable platform and services revenue
Equity: 1,000 – 4,000 shares, four-year vest with a one-year cliff. Grant size is determined by Year-1 quota attainment.

The Role
VYASA is the enterprise tokenized-securities platform operated by DeFi Assets LLC. It serves U.S. middle-market issuers raising $250K–$1B, together with the skilled ecosystem around them: securities counsel, CPAs, broker-dealers, RIAs, transfer agents, and institutional distribution partners.




This role carries a revenue number and owns the origination motion end to end — building the pipeline, running the cycle, structuring the commercial terms, and closing. There is no SDR team, no marketing engine, and no inbound flow to inherit. Everything in the first twelve months is self-sourced.
You will sell six revenue lines — platform subscription, issuance fees, corporate structuring and retainer engagements, white-label licensing, API access, and Compliance-as-a-Service — into four buying groups: issuers and sponsors, enterprise white-label partners, channel and Elite Partner firms, and professional services firms.
This is a foundational hire. The person who succeeds here defines the playbook and the qualification criteria on which the wider sales organisation is later built.
