Role Description The Real Estate Telecaller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain available hotel, resort, and related real estate offerings, as well as responding to inbound inquiries. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales and property management teams to schedule site visits or discussions.



The Telecaller will answer questions about pricing, amenities, and availability, while ensuring clear communication and a skilled, customer-focused approach. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration with local team members to achieve sales targets and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and build rapport over the phone.
Customer service and sales aptitude, including handling objections, providing basic product information, and closing or qualifying leads.
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills to manage call records, update CRM or spreadsheets, and track follow-ups accurately.
Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes, prioritize leads, and meet daily and monthly targets.
