Main Duties & Scope Of The Role

Ensure the team meets or exceeds individual performance targets for applications processing and quality (Australia, Canada).
Providing Visa training to the partners for multiple destinations.
Verifying the students employment & financial documents through available resources.
Taking Visa Mock Interview with the student and providing feedback.
Ensure 100% compliance with application tagging procedures and accurate commission tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and Drive Application Processes:



Independently manage the end-to-end student application process for both self and team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to institutional timelines.
Mentor and Support Team Members: Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members; assist in their professional development and ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
Facilitate Training and Development: Identify training needs and deliver tailored sessions to new or existing team members to ensure up-to-date knowledge of procedures and best practices.
Application Processing: Accurately process and track student applications originating from Studyin offices, maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.
Cross-Office Collaboration: Ensure streamlined coordination and application handling across all StudyIn branches for a unified and consistent service experience .
