Shivansh Global Infotech is growing as a family, and we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and long-term person to join our team as a Part-Time Onsite Desktop & Network Engineer.
? Job Responsibilities
The engineer will provide onsite IT support for a site of approximately 50 users or other sites support, including:
- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting and technical support
- Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Hardware troubleshooting and basic laptop/desktop repairing
- LAN/network troubleshooting and connectivity support
- LAN cable crimping, testing, and basic cabling work
- Network device configuration and troubleshooting
- CCTV configuration, troubleshooting, and basic cabling
- Server rack arrangement, redressing, and cable management
- Basic server and network infrastructure support
- Printer and other IT peripheral troubleshooting
- Installation and configuration of IT hardware and software
- Regular onsite support and preventive maintenance

- Good at troubleshooting and finding practical solutions
- Interested in building a long-term relationship with the company
Formal qualification is not mandatory. If you have practical IT knowledge, are hardworking, and are willing to learn, we are happy to consider and onboard you.
? Payment & Working Model
- Part-time / Onsite support
- Payment will be based on actual site visits/support requirements
- Payment will be processed monthly between the 10th and 15th
- Long-term prospect for the right person
- Additional opportunities may be available as our business and client base grow.
