The Role

The Talent Acquisition team supports hiring globally by partnering with a wide range of business areas and stakeholders to attract talent across the region. The team operates in a responsive, international recruitment environment where accuracy, collaboration and candidate experience are central to how we work. The Talent Acquisition Coordinators provide vital support to the TA function, helping to keep recruitment processes organised, e ficient and candidate focused.



Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, the coordinator acts as a key point of contact throughout the recruitment process.

As a TA Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews and managing recruiting logistics across multiple business units. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and interview teams to ensure a seamless and effective interview process from scheduling through completion.

How You Will Contribute

Arrange interviews, including diary coordination, room or video conference bookings, interview schedules and confirmation emails using Jobvite and Microsoft Outlook.
Act as point of contact for candidates, recruiters and recruiting partners, throughout the interview process, providing updates and responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
Manage complex calendar
