We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Visa Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end student visa processing for countries including Current Zealand, South Africa, the USA, the Philippines, and other destinations.
* Review and verify visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration requirements.
* Guide students and parents regarding visa documentation, financial requirements, and application procedures.
* Coordinate with international flight schools.
* Prepare and submit visa applications while ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Track application status and proactively communicate updates to students and internal teams.
* Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and supporting documents.
* Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, visa regulations, and documentation requirements.
* Assist students in preparing for visa interviews, where applicable.
* Work closely with the counseling, admissions, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 3–10 years of experience in student visa processing, preferably for international education or aviation training.
* Strong knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
