The engineer is responsible for managing application capabilities, driving platform adoption, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring optimal performance, security, and governance. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to implement innovative digital workplace experiences that enhance employee productivity and engagement.
