Job description
- Direct and manage project development team from beginning to end
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support department goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirement
- Should be able to communicate effectively with clients
- Should be able to perform independent task
- Working closely with various stake holders to ensure continuity
- Working on client projects, writing core technical components of client deliverables
- Survey Design, Requirement gathering and analysis
- Preparation of analytical reports and inputs for client deliverables
- Preparation of MIS reports & training to the end user
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Should be open for travel international locations as per project requirements

Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have exposure to Software Development/Testing.
- Candidate should have good exposure to client interaction.
- Should have very good communication & interpersonal skill.
- Candidate must be smart & should have positive presentation skill.
