Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Success Associate (CSA) who will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, design, and other internal teams to ensure timely project execution.




- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on ongoing projects.
- Manage client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated clearly to the respective internal teams.
- Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain proper records of client communication, requirements, and project updates.
- Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and client updates when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Client Success,
