Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership & Business Development:
- Take full ownership of BOTm's business development strategy and growth.
- Identify current business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand the product's reach.
- Sales & Licensing:
- Drive the sales of BOTm licenses , including direct sales, channel sales, and enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Partnership Network Development:
- Build and maintain a strong partnership network to support the distribution and sales of BOTm licenses.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with resellers, technology alliances, and channel partners.
- Sales & Customer Support Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team and customer support team.
- Define sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive team success.
- Foster a customer-centric culture to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for BOTm.




- Leverage social media, digital marketing, events, webinars, and direct marketing to promote BOTm and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Collaborate with the product development team to define the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and product improvements to meet market demands.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and product positioning.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer support metrics.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on business growth,
