About the Role
We are looking for a creative and knowledgeable Graphic Designing & Animation Trainer who can train students in graphic design, animation, and industry-relevant creative tools. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of design software along with good communication and teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and engaging training sessions on graphic designing and animation.
- Teach students design concepts, creative techniques, and industry practices.
- Provide hands-on training using relevant design and animation software.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, projects, and practical exercises.
- Guide students through live projects and portfolio development.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry requirements.
- Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.
- Support students with doubts, assignments, and project-related queries.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro .
- Understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, layouts, and branding.
- Knowledge of 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Good creative and visual communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Designing, Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or skilled training in graphic design/animation will be an added advantage.
