Hiring: Senior Marketing Manager – FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead brand marketing strategy across online + offline channels
• Own ATL, BTL, digital, social media & consumer activation initiatives
• Develop and execute brand campaigns to drive awareness, consideration & sales
• Drive trade marketing strategy across GT, MT, modern trade & key accounts
• Work closely with sales & distribution teams to translate brand strategy into market execution
• Own consumer insights, category trends & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Develop annual marketing plans, brand calendars & campaign budgets
• Drive product launches, new SKU introductions & portfolio growth
• Build strong in-store visibility, merchandising & point-of-sale execution
• Lead agencies and external partners across creative, media, digital, activation & PR
• Track brand health, campaign ROI, market share & marketing effectiveness
• Partner with leadership on overall business growth, revenue and profitability objectives

What We’re Looking For:




• 9–13 years of experience in FMCG marketing / brand management
• Strong experience with established FMCG brands, preferably food, staples or consumer products
• Proven track record across brand marketing + trade marketing
• Strong understanding of both offline and digital/online marketing
• Experience managing 360° marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
• Strong exposure to GT, MT, modern trade & retail marketing
• Experience working closely with sales, distribution, product and commercial teams
• Strong consumer orientation with the ability to combine brand building with business results
• Candidates from leading Indian or multinational FMCG companies preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management & agency management skills
