- Conduct Training Need Identification , prepare and implement Training Calendar Programs
- Lead Induction Training and provide clarity on Company Policies and Procedures
- Leadership Development : Implement leadership workshops to enhance managerial and strategic decision-making capabilities of senior engineers
- Technical Expertise : Conduct specialized technical training sessions on up-to-date engineering practices , innovations, and industry standards
- Program Evaluation : Evaluate and refine senior-level training programs , ensuring alignment with engineering goals and business objectives
- Perform vendor management and establish institutional tie-ups , arranging external training programs
- Foster mentorship relationships that enable knowledge sharing and career development within the engineering team
