Roles & responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and recruitment status.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and providing timely feedback.




- Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process in alignment with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
