Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra Reports To: Manager, Sales
Compensation: CTC - INR 3.0L - 4.8L pa (depends on experience)
Benefits: Commission-based performance incentive on achieving revenue targets
Industry Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in a digital marketing agency, startup environment, or services industry catering to international clients (UK & USA predominantly).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and offering tailored digital marketing solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our client base while collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met with precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Execution:
o Develop and implement business development strategies to promote digital marketing services including PPC, SEO, SEM,



Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
o Achieve revenue targets by identifying and pursuing potential business leads, scheduling meetings, and closing sales.
o Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and monitor competition.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
o Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and inbound leads.
o Engage potential clients by understanding their business needs, presenting customized solutions, and demonstrating how our digital marketing services can provide measurable results.
C lient Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
