We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with a proven track record in IT services, particularly application services . The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales expertise, exceptional communication skills, and experience in international sales . This role requires cold calling, email campaigning, stakeholder management, and lead generation to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads for application services through international calls, cold outreach, and email campaigns .
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline targeting global markets.
- Drive B2B sales , focusing on client acquisition and retention .

Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure high performance .
- Delegate tasks effectively, track team progress, and provide regular feedback to optimize results.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives , to understand client needs and present tailored solutions .




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across multiple geographies.

Lead Generation & Outreach Campaigns

Reporting & Sales Strategy
