Job Summary
Chandigarh University is seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Inside Sales to manage and lead a large team of admissions counselors. The role requires strong expertise in Education / EdTech / University admissions sales , with a proven ability to drive conversions, manage high-volume teams, and achieve aggressive admission targets in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end team performance management, CRM oversight, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20–80 inside sales counselors
- Drive consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Oversee complete lead-to-admission funnel management
- Monitor and improve team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios
- Handle CRM operations, reporting, and data management




- Manage shrinkage, attrition, and workforce efficiency
- Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement sessions
- Ensure adherence to process, quality standards, and sales discipline
- Work in a high-pressure, target-oriented sales environment
