We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from quotation through production, delivery, and post-launch support while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager in Coimbatore. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing programs from RFQ through production and coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of customer programs. You will: Manage customer programs from RFQ through production, launch, and end-of-life. Build and maintain solid customer relationships while serving as the primary customer contact. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and program milestones. Coordinate Engineering, Production, Procurement,



Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing activities. Monitor production schedules and resolve delivery constraints. Coordinate engineering changes, prototype builds, PPAPs, and production releases. Review customer purchase orders and support quotation activities. Monitor program profitability and identify cost reduction opportunities. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Lead customer quality concerns, corrective actions, and audit support activities. Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues impacting customer programs. Prepare customer presentations, KPI reports, and executive program status updates. Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You have: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–8
