The ideal candidate will have experience leading development teams, designing scalable applications, and delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and development of both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using React Native (for mobile apps) and Node.js (for back-end services).
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable code across both client-side and server-side applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features and technical solutions.
Oversee code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Troubleshoot and debug issues,



ensuring optimal performance and user experience across all platforms.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in React Native, Node.js, and full-stack development to ensure the team is leveraging the most effective tools and practices.
Coordinate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and meet project deadlines and requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
React Native:
Strong experience in developing mobile applications using React Native.
Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio).
Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs into React Native apps.
Understanding of mobile app deployment processes for iOS and Android platforms.
