Role & responsibilities:
- Handling MIS updates, Market Report updates, Analysis of market information.
- Effective communication with customers / distributors, analyze demand trend and develop mechanism to anticipate demand fluctuations in advance, and communicate with BU/factories for delivery pull-in or push-out.
- Will be responsible for handling RFQs, making quotations thru Sales Force.
- Requires understanding of Automotive business, working in close coordination with Sales team.
- Analyzing Quotations and follow-up tracking with Sales and Distributors.
- Must have prior experience of handling Inquiries & Quotations for Components business.
- Should be able to understand nature of Automotive business and supply chain thru distribution channels.
- Well versed with handling excel database and develop customized formats as per requirement.
- Effective verbal and written communication (by email) with customers, colleagues, and overseas BU/factories.
- Should be able to develop / prepare MIS reports in line with business requirement.
