Role Overview
HonorVet Technologies is looking for a sharp, proactive, and result-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Information Officer (CIO) . In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between the CIO and our delivery and recruitment teams. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of situational intelligence, quick comprehension, and solid tracking abilities to ensure tasks and priorities assigned by leadership are executed seamlessly and on time.
If you have a solid understanding of the US Staffing domain, excel at stakeholder management, and know how to navigate complex operational dynamics with tact and agility, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Support & Alignment:



Act as the primary point of contact and communication bridge between the CIO and internal recruitment/delivery teams.
- Instruction & Task Oversight: Quickly grasp strategic direction, technical requirements, and priorities from the CIO and translate them into clear operational tasks for the team.
- Execution & Accountability Tracking: Proactively track ongoing tasks, deliverables, and recruitment pipelines to ensure strict adherence to timelines and standards.
- Situational & Stakeholder Management: Handle complex operational scenarios, team dynamics, and high-pressure situations with diplomacy, tact, and smart problem-solving.
- Delivery & Operations Monitoring: Leverage US Staffing domain knowledge to understand delivery metrics, bottleneck challenges, and recruitment processes, offering timely updates to leadership.
- Follow-ups & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, delivery status reports, and executive dashboards for the CIO to review operational progress regularly.
