Skills And Competencies





1-2 years of experience understanding of QA principles and testing methodologies, including functional, regression, acceptance, performance, and exploratory testing.
Familiarity with Agile QA practices and collaboration with developers, QA engineers, and product owners.
Ability to execute manual test cases, document results, and support defect identification and resolution.
Basic database/querying knowledge preferred for data validation and troubleshooting.
Awareness of AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) and AI/ML concepts relevant to software testing.
Strong analytical skills to review test outcomes, including AI-generated outputs, for accuracy and quality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
