I Job Purpose: Able to design, develop, test, and supervise installation or maintenance of Protection Relays (All Type of Numerical Relays) in the electrical field for MV & HV level up to 400 KV. II Principle Accountabilities: ❖ Testing & commissioning of Electrical system up to 400 KV. ❖ Testing and commissioning, Configuration of protection relays. ❖ Installation & commissioning of all type of Control & protection panels. ❖ Having a positive knowledge in control and protection schematic diagram and trouble shooting. ❖ System design and Implementation. ❖ Able to perform Stability test for Transformers, SG and busbars. ❖ Testing and Commissioning of Primary Equipment (CT, PT, Transformer, Disconnector, Circuit Breaker, Earth Switches). ❖ Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. ❖ Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. ❖ Knowledge about operation & maintenance of various electrical equipment's'. IV Knowledge Skills and Experience and Job-Related Competencies: Educational Qualifications & Experience Profile: ❖ BE in Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years' experience in Electrical Installation, Testing and Commissioning work. ❖ Design, implementation and setting calculation. ❖ Ability to work with multiple discipline projects. ❖ Project management, planning and supervision skills. ❖ Decision making ability and leadership skills. ❖ Time management and organization skills. ❖ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards. Additional Skills: ❖ Working Experience with any OEM(SIEMENS/ABB/ALSTOM/GE/L&T;/SCHNEIDER) is must. ❖ Experience in EWA Bahrain Substations will be added advantage. ❖ Electrical Engineering licenses (CRPEP) will get additional preference.
