- Corporate Finance team works with Bain teams across the globe with solutions to corporate finance and capital markets related aspects with a wide array of highly customizable offerings and tailored analyses to address key CXO concerns and equip the C Suite with the right tools to shape their agenda on long term shareholder value creation The team conducts financial diagnostics for client companies, codifies Bain s intellectual property and contributes to new intellectual property We work with case teams across geographies and industries however,



they focus almost exclusively on Corporate Finance related projects

About you
- 2024 graduates with a specialization in Finance from top-tier colleges.
- Strong academic record with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Background in investment banking, equity research, or consulting with corporate finance exposure.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Python/GenAI is a plus.
