Company: ajconsulting Location: Remote Experience: 3 – 5 years Employment Type: Full time About the Role ajconsulting is looking for a Business Development Executive who can understand business and people challenges, build meaningful client relationships, and convert conversations into long-term consulting partnerships. This is not just a transactional sales role. You will connect with founders, HR leaders, business heads, and CXOs to understand their organisational needs and position relevant HR consulting solutions. Key Responsibilities ✅Identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation channels. ✅Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery calls to proposals, follow-ups, negotiations, and closure. ✅Understand clients’ business, workforce, and organisational challenges before recommending solutions. ✅Build and maintain relationships with founders, HR leaders, business heads, and CXOs. ✅Create and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and storytelling-led pitches.



✅Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and work consistently towards revenue targets. ✅Coordinate with the consulting team to develop customised solutions for prospective clients. ✅Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups. ✅Identify new industries, partnerships, and business-development opportunities. What We’re Looking For ✅3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, consulting sales, HR services, recruitment, SaaS, or professional services. ✅Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills. ✅Ability to conduct consultative conversations rather than relying on generic sales pitches. ✅Confidence in interacting with senior professionals and business decision-makers. ✅Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills. ✅A target-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership. ✅Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
