Job Summary
We are looking for an Electronic Banking Support Executive & MIS to support banking operations, customer interactions, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, and experience in outbound calling. Candidates with prior exposure to the banking domain will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for electronic banking-related operations and customer queries.
- Perform outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and service-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and operational issues.




- Maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in outbound calling.
- Basic understanding of banking products and processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience or knowledge in the Banking domain will be preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Industry: Banking, Financial Services, or Customer Support Operations.
