- Perform DR tasks using the NCC tool application based on deadlines, written and verbal instructions, and established processes.
- Access and utilize the Relationship Checking System (RCS), a web-based application.
- Access the Global Relationship System (GRS), a global web-based application.
- Conduct various research via the internet based on search needs.
- Respond to inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service for internal customers.
- Comprehend and act upon responses received from member firms in a timely manner.
- Participate in meetings and discussions on RCS/NCC performance, processes, and improvements.
- Communicate with all levels of management at Grant Thornton, as well as contacts from member firms globally.
- Be cross-trained to assist with family tree research or other independence functions at the SSC, as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Hold a Bachelor's/Post-Graduation degree.
- Possess positive internet research skills.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with global contacts and manage multiple projects.
- Follow detailed written instructions accurately.
- Work under tight deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Dedicate time to meet deadlines, with the ability to work off-hours or on holidays if needed.
- Computer proficient with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
