Qualification : B. Com / M. Com / CA – Inter / CMA - Inter Experience : 12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts. Location : Bangalore-Hoskote Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the overall Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. Establish and monitor robust internal financial controls across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, inventory, fixed assets, and record-to-report processes. Review weekly Accounts Receivable, Payable, ageing, advance, and collection reports, coordinating with Purchase, Project, Service, Sales, and Commercial teams to improve cash collections and payments.
