Responsibilities:
- Good Experience in sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e. g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)




- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
- Onboard new hires
- Regular interaction with the bench candidates by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
- Available consultants (Java, . Net, BA, DA, SQL BI Developers, Cyber Security experts, Data Scientists, etc. )
- Sourcing Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen).
- Proficient in Sourcing bench consultants in various IT Technologies.
- At least 2. 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in US IT staffing is a must.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with current and potential consultants.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
