Job Description: Collections / Bankruptcy Process
Location: Pune, India
Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Collections or Bankruptcy (Mandatory)
Shift: US Shifts
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections and bankruptcy process cases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Engage with clients/customers to resolve outstanding issues through effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and US regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve process targets and improve workflows.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections or Bankruptcy .
- Excellent verbal communication skills with CEFR C1 proficiency .
- Willingness to work in US shifts .
- Graduation/Post-graduation completed with original educational documents available for onboarding .
