Position: Project Engineer-Civil
Education & Experience (Minimum Requirements)
- You must hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- You should have a minimum of 08 years' experience out of 5 Years in Saudi Arabia .
- Saudi Aramco project experience is preferable
- PMP certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing projects within the civil department.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to minimize deviations and ensure profitability.
- Responsible for project planning, project execution, and/or project control.
- Prepare and implement strategies to improve project planning, cost, schedule, and/or quality.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope,



budget, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and proactive strategies to prevent delays, disputes, and cost overruns.
- Manage project schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Manage changes to project scope, specifications, and requirements, assessing impacts and negotiating adjustments with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor the civil works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents, approved drawings, project specifications and requirements, manufacturer's instructions, and the procedures manual.
- Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through right strategy.
