About the Role:
We are seeking a agile and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in B2B client engagement and sales. A background in the interior design, furniture, architecture, or related industries is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing long-term relationships with domestic and international B2B clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities across domestic and international B2B markets.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporations, hospitality chains, developers, architects, and other potential clients.




Understand client requirements and propose tailored interior solutions or services that align with their needs.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and oversee post-sales client engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with design, project, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings (locally and internationally) to promote the brand and expand networks.
Prepare proposals, business presentations, and reports for management review.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
4+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably within the interior design, furniture, real estate, or architecture industry.
Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing key accounts.
