Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex Apptio incidents escalated from L1/L2 support teams.
- Support core Technology Business Management (TBM) modules, including:
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Costing
- Coordinate with internal and external third-party vendors to resolve issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot:
- Data load failures
- ETL process issues
- Data mapping errors
- API-based data ingestion problems
- Support and enhance:
- Dashboards
- Reports
- KPI views
- Financial analytics
- Help business stakeholders understand financial reports and cost models.
- Maintain documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Known Error Database (KEDB).
- Monitor:
- System health
- Scheduled jobs
- Model execution performance
- Work with Apptio Support for platform-related issues.
- Collaborate with:
- TBM Office
- IT Finance
- Cloud & Infrastructure teams
- ERP/Data teams
- Ensure accurate cost transparency and financial model governance.
- Maintain data governance, documentation, and controls for financial models.
