We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Domestic Voice Process team for the night shift. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their queries and complaints.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and flexible schedule.
